No. It’s a focused diagnosis. I’ll look for where investor belief may be breaking, what pass-risk signals may be showing up, and what I’d prioritize before your next raise conversation. If there’s a fit to work together, we can talk about that at the end.

No. A current deck helps, but it is not required. All you need is the ability to speak about your business and your journey. 

This is for founders who are preparing to raise, actively talking to investors, or getting interest that is not turning into clear next steps. It is most useful if you already have a company, a market, and a reason to believe the raise should be possible, but you are not sure how best to prepare for a killer investor meeting.
